ROCK AND ROLL.

Welcome to our newest CR meme!
Our new event and TDM is live, for current and prospective players alike. This post is likewise open to everyone, so feel free to chat and/or make plans with each other.
Since you can pick and choose what you want to interact with and we know walls of text can be intimidating, we'd like to establish that it is not necessary to read all of the location archives. You can pick a couple plants or animals and ignore the rest, or have your character encounter them as you read; it's up to you!
For new players, our only really important page is the FAQ, namely the character and world sections. We also recommend the basic info for any location you want your character to explore (i.e., the core, ruins, or coelacanth, detailed below). Everything else is gravy.

HELLO STRANGER.
Our current event features a gigantic coelacanth, an ancient being from the dawn of time who eternally circles the void and surveys all of uncreation. Characters may walk out to the head of the coelacanth and ask a single question on the nature of life, the universe, and everything. It speaks directly to a given person only once in their entire life. If this interests you, you can ask it a question here!
There's breathable air and Earth-typical gravity, so as long as you stay on the coelacanth and don't jump into the abyss between all of space-time, there's tons of weird stuff from countless millennia for you to find.
The general biome is akin to a subtropical moist forest, with karst topography. Temperatures hover around 20 to 30°C or 68 to 86°F, and the ground seems to glow. It's colorful and very pretty. The exception to the warm climate is the mountains, where it's cold enough to snow.
The coelacanth is roughly the size of Tennessee. Away from its sides where the treeline dissolves and drops into the sheer cliffs, you wouldn't even know you're standing on a living, intelligent being; there are weather patterns, plants, animals, and peculiar geographical formations. And it exists only on this specific coelacanth.

REMEMBER ME.
Some quick things to remember:
- Our TDMs tie into the game plot. As such, any applicants can keep their TDM threads as game canon.
- The network is exclusive to in-game characters. TDM characters can only use radios.
- Please mention your character's native language, even if they use a radio to circumvent the language barrier.
- We don't have a fixed day ratio; instead, you pace yourself at your discretion.
- Characters may face backlash when using any powers, but the effects are up to you.
- Only the coelacanth archive is IC knowledge; the ruins archive is for OOC perusal only.
- You can handwave something's existence if it's generic, not permanent or recurring, and won't interfere with other players' fun (e.g., random fruit trees, nondescript rodents, general weather).
